On display throughout the show will be a special exhibit commemorating the Iowa numismatic lives of these 2 special people. Clarence spent his entire life collecting and dealing in coins, currency and precious metals. Gail was always at Clarences’ side sharing in dozens of coin shows, working at McKee Coins and raising a family. Gail is also a past INA president. Clarence passed away recently and is shown here receiving the INA’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Special thanks to Owen McKee for putting together this special exhibit. Be sure to check it out.
You won’t want to miss this special exhibit of dozens of Worlds’ Fair memorabilia dating back to 1872. Collector Ed Marrow has amassed probably the most extensive collections of these types of items.
There will also be on display exhibits from avid collectors David Stark and Scott Hansen. Be sure to check out these cool items.
Say Hi To Mitch Ernst – President Of Central States Numismatic Society. Mitch will have a table at the show and will be happy to talk to you about all of the benefits the organization brings to our hobby. Mitch and the CSNS board honored the INA with the first ever state spotlight at the 2024 convention. The INA is the oldest state organization in the nation and everyone at CSNS did an amazing job of honoring all of Iowa’s hobbyists. Be sure to say hi to Mitch and thank him for all he and CSNS has done to promote Iowa numismatics.
The Most Amazing Kids’ Tables Anywhere! Bring the whole family and introduce the kids to the fascinating hobby of coin collecting. Kids will receive free coins and coin collecting supplies. There will be seasoned collectors on hand to show kids how to collect coins and explain to them the fascinating histories behind them. Kids will also enjoy a free hourly raffle! This year’s kids’ tables are sponsored by Christopher’s Rare Coins in Johnston, Iowa. The store that supports youth hobbyists. A special thank you to long time collector and dealer Burl Armstrong for offering up to 50 FREE INA youth memberships. Be sure to stop by Christopher’s and Burl Armstrong’s tables at the show and say THANKS!
